When we think of impact, we know that one person in need is many. This year, we asked ourselves the hardest questions:

How can we get clients to the services they need faster?
How can we make it easier for our users to provide wrap-around services?
How can we improve the client’s experience when asking for support?

We worked hand-in-hand with our partners in healthcare, government, and the community to turn insights into action and figured out a better way, together. The result?

Over 1.5 million lives were impacted.
