Ally Pratt

The culture of Unite Us is rooted in gratitude for each other, what we have accomplished, and the opportunity to accomplish so much more.We are driven by the results of our work empowering communities to improve health across the country. I believe that real success depends on being surrounded by the right people and that we are constantly motivated by each other’s passion.

Here at Unite Us, we’re grateful for everyonededicating their lives to serving others by offering health, human, or social services to the populations that need it most. We’ve had the pleasure of working alongside some of the most amazing people working for change in their communities. We are also grateful for every single member of our team here; each of us is an essential part of our mission and plays a vital role in the growth and success of our networks.

“Always remember people who have helped you along the way, and don’t forget to lift someone up.” – Roy T. Bennett

In our offices, we like to allow for open communication and collaboration, enable people to exhibit their talents in their own ways, and inspire gratitude by sharing knowledge across all teams.

We recognize that everybody plays a unique role.

Diversity is key when it comes to building a well-balanced team. Not everyone has the same experience or shares the same strengths; that’s why we work together. Our team members all contribute in different ways, but importantly, we all strive to give back tothose in need as well as to each other. We’re always getting better at celebrating each other’s differences and we’re not afraid to express how much we admire each other’s accomplishments. This fosters a positive environment where innovation can flourish.

We see gratitude drive productivity.

When we feel appreciated, we feel empowered. This is at the core of our motivation here at Unite Us. We’re productive because we know and see the tangible impact that we’re making on peoples’ lives. While we’re establishing collaborative care networks around the country, we’re also working to preserve a culture of collaboration throughout our company. As we scale, this allows our teams to work together harmoniously toward our defining mission.

People don’t know you appreciate them unless you tell them.

A simple “thank you” can go a long way. Sadly, giving and receiving thanks sometimes becomes so commonplace that we forget where it’s coming from. Why not take the time today to make someone really feel appreciated? When our colleagues feel valued for their work and their friendship, they will be much more likely to reciprocate. In order to cultivate a culture of trust, we have to be transparent and communicate with the people around us.We can’t be afraid to show gratitude; it’s the fuel that drives the important work being done in and out of our office.

We’re grateful for all the industry leaders driving change in their communities and all the service providers bringing our platform to life every day. We’re grateful for every member our team – by working together, we’ve been able to bring systemic change to communities around the country. Thank you all for being a part of the story!
